In partnership with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Military Community Advocacy, the Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness at Penn State (Clearinghouse) was tasked to develop a novel staffing tool. This tool is intended to be used to assist Headquarter (HQ) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Leadership as they make informed decisions about proper staff levels across the various Services and installations.
Staffing tools have been developed to evaluate the responsibilities and workload of the Clinician, Victim Advocate, New Parent Support Program Home Visitor, and Educator/Prevention Specialist job roles within the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.
